Declaration of Constitutional Rights

 

 

Traditional naturopaths, aggrieved by the unconstitutional naturopathic laws in the United States hereby retain their legal right under the First, Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America, under the Higher Education Act of Congress Vol. 20 U. S. C.  Sec. 1099B and the U. S. Department of Education to be independently licensed by the Naturopathic National Council Inc. and to legally use our designation Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) as graduates of privately accredited colleges of traditional naturopathy in the U.S. we also retain the right to be credentialed by insurers and to practice traditional naturopathy legally with all the privileges and rights of the health care profession.   

 

The enumeration, in this declaration, of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by traditional naturopaths or the right to amend this declaration at any time. These rights that are asserted for reasonable and good cause are declared to be retained by traditional naturopaths under the First, Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution notwithstanding, all state and federal laws to the contrary.  In any litigation brought by any party objecting to the rights declared herein, a jury representing the people shall have the right to modify, nullify, or expand upon the rights claimed in this document.

 

Notice is hereby given to any person(s), acting under the color of law, who intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by traditional naturopaths under the First, Ninth and Tenth Amendments, as enumerated in this declaration, that they may be in violation of our civil and constitutional rights, Title 42 U.S.C. Sec 1983 et seq. and Title 18 U.S.C Section 241.
